Located in downtown Andover MA, Palmers is a great place to have a nice meal and good beer. While they are limited in taps (12) they have a good selection of mainstream beers with a few crafts thrown in every month. The food is the real draw here and the staff are very good at making sure you get prompt courteous service. Especially as the owner/chef can often be seen checking out the bar area and keeping an eye on them.
